its a monday and im at home.
reason : mom's sick & me being a
super caring daughter, am staying
at home taking good care of her. :)
hahah. she's been sick since yesterday night.
poor thing. :(
anws, yesterday was simply great.
reached aunt's house at 5pm.
cousin was all dolled-up and ready.
her friends were there.
just hung arn with farhana while waiting
for the others to arrive.
took pictures of my cousin. looks nice :)
everyone started coming. including the guy's family.
all of the guys did the evening prayers.
then the priest or sth like that did the
rituals for the engagement.
after that, they exchanged the antharan.
antharan is likeeee, the.. 'seeru' in tamil.
errr, lemme think in english..
sth like, engagement gifts. hahah. ya.
then was the fun part. we have to feed sugar to
girl & the guy. and also put henna on their palms.
the henna aint the one they sell in cones.
pure henna from the leaves. turns orange very fast.
everyone bully them take alot of sugar
and pour in their mouths. the guy like can tahan.
but my dearest cousin was cursing everyone. lol.
i never sabotage them with sugar. i just applied
the henna all arn their palms. :DDD
the guy said, "NO NO. PLEEEEASE, dont put so much."
then my cousin, "you wait lah, i'll smash it on your face."
after that, they put engagement rings and stuff.
mom was already not feeling well. she rest in aunt's room.
all of us were just clicking away. was very fun.
annae's girlfriend nas also came. talked to her.
their engagement is next. she's very nervous. hahah.
yasmeen akka & rafi annae's family also came.
its been ages since we met. and now they have kids.
then, all of them had dinner and left.
dinobee called me :)) he asked me why i didnt go
for the advertistement shooting.
he said that it would have been more fun. lol.
but he said, it was very tiring and its good that
i didnt go. or else, i'd be dead. hahah.
then he complained to be abt some stuff.
i just couldn't stop laughing. and and, i find
it so cute when he talks tamil. very unusual. :P
i also burped out some weird stuff about..
hahah. the douglas thing. then he was threatened
me that he was gonna tell him if he sees him in sch.
after a while, put down phone, talked to farhana.
then ate a super yummylicious dinner prepared
by maami & maama. damn niceee :)
then, woke mom up and went back home.
she was running a temperature. high one.
came home, bathed. gave mom apple tea.
then gave med and ask her go sleep.
she didn't let me sleep at night. hadda stay
awake and take care. slept at arn 1am.
then woke up at 7 sth cos daniel smsed me asking
where's he's class. lol. he didn't know
about the class switching thingy.
gave him directions. then massaged mom's back.
then brush teeth and stuff.
brought her to clinic. bought mac breakfast
and came back home. currently, nth much to do.
